One of my major role as an intern at the district is the website. This entails posting articles, posting banners, supporting and training the 25 webmasters, and fixing and answering any questions that they may have. For the past two trainings, I have been assisting and helping the new webmasters. Recently, I completed a website audit and then schedule one on one appointments with each webmaster and personally went out to each one and answered any questions that they had and to go over their schools site and help them incorporate a new layout for two big sections of their sites, the For Parents and For Students pages. I created the layout and then my boss and I held trainings and workshops to help and assist the webmasters with creating the new layouts. I am currently working on planning and running two more trainings in January and March. Below is the pages that I created for the For Students and Parents trainings. All 25 schools have completed the new layout.
